Were looking for a passionate enthusiastic and organised Client Leadership Account Director to work across the fast paced and incredibly exciting clients NSPCC & Le Shuttle.
Our Client Leadership team sit at the heart of our business. These super-humans combine an unrivalled thirst for getting under the skin of their clients business with exceptional collaboration skills and a natural desire to be part of the full journey driving excellence through from beginning to end. Youll never be bored this role offers variety leadership and continuous development.
Reporting into the Executive Business Director you would have responsibility for delivering exceptional client service fostering strong collaboration with all departments and agencies and supporting your team in the day to day running of the account.
You will be highly organised detail driven and adaptable across this fast-paced business.
You will also be responsible for managing and developing the Client Leadership Manager.
This has the potential to be a career defining role for the right candidate. Working with NSPCC & Le Shuttle means you will have a balance of both purpose-driven and commercially-driven clients.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
