Job Description
Were looking for a hands-on Zscaler Specialist to support the rollout and operation of KBCs ZIA ZPA and ZTNA platforms. Youll work with internal teams to onboard applications define access policies and troubleshoot secure connectivity across our hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain Zscaler ZIA & ZPA environments
* Onboard internal/cloud apps and define Zero Trust access policies
* Support automation via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
* Troubleshoot access issues and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with engineers architects and product owners
* Document configurations and contribute to Agile delivery
Your Profile
* Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA ZPA and Zero Trust
* Solid networking and security background
* Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform)
* Agile mindset and strong communication skills
* Bonus: scripting skills Zscaler certifications or experience in regulated environments
