The Senior Systems & Process Improvement Manager will have significant involvement and responsibility for driving change across the Class business through the implementation of improved technology and business processes solutions.
Salesforce plays a central part in our business operations with this position owning our Salesforce instance working with internal stakeholders to define requirements and continually adapt and improve this system as our business changes.
A critical part of this role is understanding the overall business operational system environment and how systems and processes integrate. You will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and solutions to support new products billing methods and acquisitions in Salesforce.
