About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a special kind of person a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As the Maintenance Manager (Permanent Full Time) youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Boondall as well as the Viridian retirement Village.
Things that work for us:
Trade qualifications in carpentry or plumbing (preferable)
Ability to perform maintenance works
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem solve;
Ability to prioritise own schedule of activities
Aged or Community care experienced preferred
Sound Microsoft office skills
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
