Qualifications :
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Statistics or a related field is preferred-Proven experience as a Workforce Planner or in a similar role within a call center environment.
Certification: Workforce Management or related field is a plus
Proficient in using workforce management software and tools.-Strong knowledge of call center metrics and performance indicators.-Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.-
