As the Events and Trade Shows Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the creative and strategic planning coordination and execution of trade shows and select events to reach our HCP target audiences. You will help communicate the advantages of Nalu Medical and our innovative neuromodulation technology by creating and executing event plans that include partnerships and sponsorships show themes compelling signage and graphics hands-on product demonstrations display structures efficient lighting effective lead collection and more through national regional and virtual events. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and implement product exhibits at trade shows regional sales meetings and events and/or symposiums.
- Interact with management including senior management to prepare the current and annual trade show schedule and budget.
- Oversee the implementation of event activities including vendor bidding and selection logistics space marketing literature equipment rental and site setup and dismantling.
- Oversee Corporate Sponsorship schedule including payments benefits branding staffing
- Oversee Corporate Memberships payments sponsorships benefits.
- Identify and recommend potential speaking engagements that align to our annual plan.
- Ensure the successful routing of exhibits shipped for the event programs.
- Document event results and provide reports on data such as cost-per-contact audience profiles and comments from representatives.
- Maintain information database of event budget and costs and prepare management reports.
- Negotiate contracts finalize event agreements and build long-term client relationships to drive recurring business strategies to increase Nalus market share in the tradeshow sector.
- Identify and secure logistics partners to manage air freight and other transportation services profitably.
- Manage communications hotel blocks F&B AV travel reimbursement and site evaluations (venues meeting spaces hotels etc.)
- Manage event registration online system.
- Manage event physician reporting (Sunshine Act) and ensure compliance with Nalu Medical guidelines
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field; 3 years of experience in tradeshow management event planning medical device marketing or related field
- Experience with event planning and HCP event planning in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Willing to travel up to 30%
- Strong copywriting and content development skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office CRM platforms and social media tools Hubspot is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite sales enablement platforms and content management systems a plus.
- Excellent project management organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive strategic insights.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and industry standards for medical marketing communications is preferred.
