Role Description:
This role is for a Corporate Security Professional within the Corporate Security & Safety Operations team. It reports to a Director of Corporate Security and involves a broad range of responsibilities including investigations audits threat management and cross-functional collaboration. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep investigative experience strong ethical standards and the ability to operate independently in a complex corporate environment. The emphasis on collaboration communication and technological proficiency suggests a modern integrated approach to corporate security.
Responsibilities:
Investigations: Planning and executing sensitive investigations including fraud corruption theft and insider threats.
Security Audits: Conducting physical security audits to ensure compliance.
Documentation: Writing detailed investigative reports.
Process Improvement: Enhancing investigative processes.
Collaboration: Partnering with departments like Legal HR and Internal Audit.
External Communication: Liaising with law enforcement and government agencies.
Threat Management: Addressing internal and external workplace threats.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required from an accredited not-for-profit college or university Masters preferred.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
10 years experience in criminal investigations and corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of physical security systems and investigative tools.
Experience with case management systems and report writing.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Ethical empathetic and objective in interactions.
Familiarity with tools like computer forensics and OSINT.
Eligibility for LEOSA certification or a concealed carry permit.
Proficient in firearms.
