Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a growing Atlanta-based benefits program provider in the search for a Vice President of Risk and Analytics.
This executive role is responsible for building and overseeing the organizations enterprise risk management and analytics functions. The VP will lead efforts in identifying assessing and mitigating risks across the businessincluding credit fraud and strategic riskwhile supporting data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the enterprise risk management framework
Oversee credit risk strategies across the client and customer lifecycle (onboarding underwriting account management collections)
Lead fraud prevention initiatives and teams
Design and implement analytics strategies to support operational and strategic goals
Track receivables performance and risk trends
Collaborate with IT Sales and Operations to drive key risk-related initiatives
Advise executive leadership and the Board on risk and data strategy
Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in credit risk fraud prevention and data analytics
Strong background in enterprise risk management frameworks
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate risk in business terms
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style
