Job Description
Job Summary
Under general supervision performs responsible independent work assisting parents and guardians with enrollment processes. Work involves using a kiosk or computer to guide parents and guardians through enrollment answering questions in person over the phone or in email. Work may also include keeping and
updating records related to operator duties Work is performed under the general supervision of
a supervisor who reviews work for conformance to procedures.
Essential Functions
1. Greets parents and guardians and assists them with new student applications school choice applications transportation requests and other enrollment related processes at the Parent Resource Center.
2. Respond to parent and guardian questions over the telephone or via email as assigned.
3. Answers routine technical questions and escalates more advanced questions to the proper person or department.
4. Seeks to ensure that parents and guardians visiting or calling the parent resource center have an outstanding experience.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Open Requirements:
Ability to read write and speak English A strong willingness to create positive customer experiences for our parents and guardians. Second language is a plus.
