What youll do...
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Implement the launch & opening PR marketing and communication plan aligned with all the Food & Beverage outlets objectives and milestones.
- Ensure the brand positioning statement and key messaging to ensure all collateral resonates with our brands identity.
- Contribute to the annual marketing strategy ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trends specific to the local dining scene.
- Organize and lead weekly marketing meetings with internal and head office support teams to review past activities and plan future initiatives.
- Implement marketing objectives to drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Continuously analyze competitor activities in the local market to stay ahead.
- Identify target markets and potential brand ambassador partnerships for impactful collaborations
Digital & Social Media Management:
- Manage all social media accounts ensuring consistency and high-quality content including posts stories and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns to promote our offerings.
- Collaborate with the content team and agency/ies to create compelling content for social media our website and press releases.
- Schedule weekly meetings with the operations team and head office to align on events and content strategy.
Performance Analysis & Web Management:
- Work with web maintenance providers to ensure website updates and functionality.
- Analyze campaign performance to ensure optimal return on investment and refine strategies accordingly.
- Track key marketing KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Event Marketing & Public Relations:
- Maintain and update the marketing and event calendar.
- Plan and manage marketing events in collaboration with management ensuring impactful execution.
- In coordination with our PR agency identify and invite relevant influencers and bloggers to amplify our brand reach. Curate a targeted media list of both local and international publications complete with an aligned communication calendar.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the PR agency managing the relationship and coordinating all related PR activities.
Operational Support & Communication:
- Regularly update and manage food & beverage menus across all platforms.
- Ensure seamless communication between marketing and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently directing them to the reservations team to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and update databases reports and marketing records for efficient account management.
We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. We will on occasion call for everyone on the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional service.
Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- A bachelors degree with an emphasis in Marketing is strongly preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in progressive roles within a marketing function preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Someone with a passion and knowledge of the arts design and the hospitality industry who has their finger on the pulse in Miami and beyond
- Proficient understanding of systems such as: Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint & Outlook Opera Canva Sprout etc.
- Experience managing agencies influencers and bloggers strongly preferred.
- A brand guardian creating tools and guidance to ensure all content celebrates and embraces our restaurants and hotels brand values and strategy.
- A creative campaign thinker from ideation to delivery who is capable of translating ideas and visions into reality.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be a great communicator with stakeholders across the business at any level.
- Someone proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable and collaborative too.
- Someone who loves to think strategically but also has a creative eye for detail.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to identify new issues trends and opportunities from data
- You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for guests and team members alike.
- You are scarily organized.
- You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue.
