Job Description

* Achieves budgeted revenues on key accounts and conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of action plans.

* Responsible for increasing market share yield strategies implementation market performance and meeting budget forecast and optimal business mix targets.

* Assist the Director Of Sales and Marketing in budgets projections and implementing plans for each market segment & set sales strategy for the Resort.

* Directing all advertising public relations and promotional activities of the resort in  UK Europe and GCC regions.

* Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.

* Promote the Resort in assigned territory and  achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions to position the resort in the Local DMCs Scandinavia India Australia Eastern Europe Turkey.

* Develop and implement business plan and sales strategy that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.


Qualifications :

Previous experience in handling  Local DMCs Scandinavia India Australia Eastern Europe Turkey markets is preferred.

Position will be based in  the resort.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and customer contact skills.

Results and service oriented with an eye for details.

Ability to multi-task work well in stressful & high-pressure situations. A team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter.

Excellent communication skills interpersonal relationship and time management skills.

Strong and outgoing personality and exceptional negotiation skills.
