Join Birmingham City Councils dynamic Applications Support Team as an experienced Application Support Engineer. Youll provide expert support for various software applications including the new Income Management Application Civica Pay. Collaborate with functional development delivery and security teams to implement and support new and existing solutions.
The ideal candidate should be user-focused motivated and experienced in supporting internal teams. They must collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and performance of solutions in a dynamic environment.
