Your Responsibilities
This role combinestwo core responsibilities:
- You act as Product Owner for a Scrum team responsible for internally developed tools that support our partnersand customers e.g. contract administration license downloads and related services.
- You define and drive overarching product experience conceptsacross multiple client-facing portals (e.g. support learning partner enablement) which are owned by different departments.
What you need to succeed
- Several years of experience as aProduct Owner in agile environments ideally combining product delivery with strategic cross-system thinking.
- You hold a university degree (Bachelors or higher) in a relevant field.
- Aclient-centric mindsetwith the ability to structure and improve journeys across fragmented systems and touchpoints.
- Conceptual strength in system designdistributed applications integrations and data flows no coding required but technical thinking essential.
- Excellentstakeholder managementand communication skills to alignmultipleteams and departments behind a shared product vision.
- Astructured and proactive way of working with the ability to prioritize adapt to change and keep multiple workstreams in sync.
- Youre fluent in using modern AI tools to accelerate your work for analysis research writing and decision support.
- Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
