Created in 2015 to align lighten and modernize infrastructure the Technology & Infrastructure (T & I) team is the backbone and the future forward arm of CBC/Radio-Canada. This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
The opportunity
As Junior Consultant (Senior Coordinator) Support - Broadcast Management you will provide active technical support to users of Radio-Canada broadcast management applications by working alongside dynamic project teams and the Expertise Centre. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding recurring problems that are part of the business framework.
You must analyze and understand the various technical issues experienced by users contacting them personally as needed. You will work with both developers and teams in Business Technology Solutions teams to resolve more complex issues.
You will draft documentation required for troubleshooting and for training first-level support staff.
