You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an F&B Host you are a key player in the daily restaurant and bar operations. You ensure smooth service in breakfast lunch dinner or bar shifts from mise-en-place to closing. You combine genuine hospitality with operational precision making sure every guest leaves satisfied and every shift runs efficiently.
Qualifications :
Guest welcome & seating: Greet guests manage reservations and walk-ins and ensure a smooth seating flow
Service execution: Take orders serve food and drinks clear tables and follow service standards consistently
Mise-en-place: Prepare the restaurant or bar before service (cutlery napkins condiments station setup coffee machines etc.)
Cash & POS handling: Correctly input orders into the POS system and handle payments accuratel
Stock & supplies: Communicate shortages assist with restocking fridges or stations during or after service
Guest engagement: Handle complaints or requests with empathy and follow up when needed
Teamwork: Support colleagues during peak hours assist in adjacent outlets when necessary
Closing duties: Clean and reset stations check stock levels report issues to supervisor or shift leader
