Viterbo University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Adjunct Instructor in Finance within the Dahl School of Business. This temporary part-time non-tenure-track position involves teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in finance with the potential for both in-person and online instruction. These positions are filled on an as-needed basis and recruits are ongoing.
Undergraduate and/or graduate finance courses which may include:
o Financial Management
o Managerial Finance
o Financial Strategy and Capitalism
o Global Finance
o Banking Financial Institutions and Monetary Policy
o Spreadsheet Fundamentals
o Advanced Spreadsheet
o Advanced Excel
o MBA-level Financial Strategy or Analytics (Numbers that Move the World)
o Comprehensive Capstone
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to student-centered teaching applied learning and the mission of Viterbo University a Catholic Franciscan institution.
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Individuals who teach at the undergraduate level must hold a masters degree or higher in the discipline (finance) or subfield in which they teach.
Minimum Professional Experience: At least five years of professional experience in the field with demonstrated currency in the field at the time of appointment (work experience publications licensure presentations or equivalent within the last five years)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
