We are a Plaintiffs firm seeking a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Associate-Trial Attorney to become a part of our team! You will take cases from the inception of the lawsuit through trial and appeal if need be. You must be self-motivated.

This position offers a great opportunity for professional growth as a trial attorney.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Manage a large case load

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Litigation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
