Job Description
POSITION: Senior Finance Analyst/Project Manager
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime
LOCATION: Charlotte NC 28255
SCHEDULE: 40hrs
PAY RANGE: $60.00 65.00 hourly
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) Technology and Data Strategy Executive to assess prioritize and facilitate execution of technology and data change
- Serve as business lead for all data issues.
- Partner with ECM LOB SMEs CFO Data Management and others to assess new issues determine overall impact and prioritize for funding
- Partner with business to schedule and facilitate routines to support overall delivery of data solutions
- Create reporting for overall data issue status and present in various forums
- Assist with 2026 initiative planning exercises including project prioritization funding sequencing etc.
- Various ad-hoc exercises related to Technology and Data projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-10 years experience
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to work in matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Knowledge of financial services including current regulatory environment and experience in Global Markets Global Banking or Treasury organization
- 5 years of experience in traditional multi-month project management (including tracking presentation preparation etc.)
- Organizational skills
- Ability to summarize data for executive management to understand project status and risks and enable decision making
- Writing skills PowerPoint Excel
- Some understanding of Global Markets trading products is a benefit but not required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Use of computers and technology
