Job Description

As SQA Business Process Excellence Manager you are responsible to lead and improve SQA business processes using technology and strategies to boost performance customer satisfaction and employee productivity.

What Youll Do:

  • Analyze and map processes to identify areas for improvement using flowcharts and process maps.
  • Develop new processes and create better processes to support goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance by using metrics to measure and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes.
  • Communicate changes and updates with stakeholders.
  • Drive process standardization and compliance including risk and mitigation analyzes.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance standardize processes and meet regulations.


What Were Looking For:

  • Masters Degree in Manufacturing Mechanical or Physics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably automotive.
  • Experience in Sourcing Engineering Quality Manufacturing program management and/or supplier development.
  • Knowledge of quality systems APQP PPAP and FMEA.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good project management and teamwork skills
  • Maintain a diplomatic approach.
  • Proficiency in Business English
  • Available for business travel
