Position Summary
Buscamos un HR Intern altamente proactivo y orientado a resultados con habilidades en herramientas ofimticas y un enfoque en agilidad para apoyar las actividades contables de la organizacin. El candidato ideal ser responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las tareas administrativas y contables contribuyendo al flujo eficiente de los procesos internos.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
List the key responsibilities for this role.
Ingresar transacciones financieras en el sistema contable.
Garantizar la exactitud y completitud de los asientos contables.
Apoyar en la preparacin de informes financieros.
Organizar y archivar documentos contables digitales.
Apoyar en las actividades requeridas para el registro de gastos de empleados.
Apoyar en auditoras internas y externas con la bsqueda y consolidacin de informacin requerida.
Utilizar aplicaciones ofimticas (Excel Word PowerPoint) para crear reportes tablas y presentaciones.
Education & Experience
Education: Tcnico tecnlogo o estudiante en curso de Contabilidad Administracin de Empresas o carreras afines.
Experience: Deseable experiencia previa (6 meses a 1 ao) en roles similares o prcticas contables.
