As a Research Data Analyst youll be responsible for collecting maintaining and analysing commercial property data ensuring real-time business intelligence through Power BI dashboards and advanced data management techniques. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance real estate market databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards creating meaningful visualisations for operational and strategic decisions.
Integrate organize and analyse data from internal systems and external sources.
Support quarterly market reporting ensuring timely and data-backed analysis.
Collaborate across business and tech teams to drive automation and efficiency in data workflows.
Assist in the creation of thought leadership publications presentations and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Cushman & Wakefields Asia Pacific research team contributing to regional and global research initiatives.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests delivering compelling insights and solutions.
About You
To succeed in this role youll bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Bachelors degree in Business Data Science Statistics or a related field.
13 years of experience in data analysis preferably within real estate or property sectors.
Proficiency in Power BI with a demonstrated ability to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings.
Experience managing data assets warehouses and integration pipelines.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a dynamic team.
Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills; GIS knowledge is a plus.
