Job Description

The Pre-Sales Manager role is pivotal in engaging customers understanding their pain points and recommending tailored solutions that address their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Discovery: Engage with potential clients to identify their pain points business goals and operational challenges through discovery calls and meetings.
  • Pitch and Objection Handling: Deliver persuasive pitches that resonate with client needs skillfully manage objections and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to create demo presentations that position the companys solutions as the best fit for clients.
  • Scope Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to define and document the detailed scope for all leads.
  • Proposal Design: Work with sales and delivery teams to design comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements and align with business objectives.
  • Project Planning: Lead project meetings with clients to provide updates address concerns and ensure smooth .
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Leverage your deep understanding of clients businesses to recommend additional products and services that address further needs.
  • Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands to help improve offerings.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in pre-sales solution consulting or business analysis ideally in a technology or software domain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with senior decision-makers.
  • Expertise in delivering tailored demo presentations that effectively communicate business value.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across sales delivery and product teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
