The Manager Platform Operations is responsible for managing and developing a team of professionals In support of the TMUS In-House Media Team as a user of the T-Ads Advertising Platform. Leading a cross-functional team this role is responsive to TMUS as their primary client while developing and implementing overall best practices for platform operations across multiple clients. This role has a deep understanding of the T-Ads advertising stack and supports the team in executing the overall T-Ads vision. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence and leadership.Job Responsibilities:
Manage develop and support a cross-functional operations team focused on supporting the TMUS In-House Digital Media team in their self-service use of the T-Ads advertising stack. Be a core member of the team in executing an overall Joint Business Plan between T-Ads and TMUS In-House Media.
Lead by example supporting the TMUS team in their planning execution and reporting of advertising strategies and campaigns with the goal of increased platform usage.
Develop standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure scaleable support can be provided to a self-service client of the T-Ads Ad stack.
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the team and provide strategies and direction for challenging executions.
Ensure team members stay up to date on industry trends and occurrences by curating and disseminating industry news summations and opinions to the team.
Serve as a member of the Media Operations Leadership team to develop overall strategic direction and management of cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure adequate coverage for all business initiatives support through team member PTO and maintain appropriate communication with business partners during this time.
Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
