Data Analysis of Contract Life Cycle Management - Supply Chain Management

Work Location:Texas Health Corporate 612 E. Lamar Blvd. Arlington TX 76011
Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at managers discretion)

What Will You Do:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports in Icertis to track contract performance compliance and key metrics. Analyze contract data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement. 30%
System Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the Icertis CLM system. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to manage system updates integrations and enhancements. 20%
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with contract specialists legal and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions. Provide training and support to users on how to access and interpret reports. 20%
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection reporting accuracy and efficiency. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to provide deeper insights into contract management performance. 10%
Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements through data analysis. Develop and implement risk management strategies based on data insights. 20%
What You Need:
Education
Bachelors Degree Data Science Business Analytics Information Systems or a related field Req
Experience
4 Years 4 years of experience in data analytics. Experience with Icertis or other CLM systems is highly desirable. Req
