We are growing and adding several positions for the back of the house in two restaurants in the San Marco area of town. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks. We are a made from scratch kitchen so you will learn how to prep perform line cook duties to including how to execute breakfast and lunch items. We occasionally cater for large groups at night and this includes a variety of made from scratch entrees vegetables desserts with multiple sauces. We are a very fast paced kitchen during peak times but we are home nights during the week and weekends. We have a tight group of teammates that care about each other and work well within a team environment. Once these positions are mastered we want to promote within for the role of a Kitchen Supervisor. If this sounds what you are looking for give us a call to discuss the details and opportunities.
