Job Description
Were looking for a hands-on results-driven Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering to lead and strengthen our core manufacturing processes. In this role youll take ownership of process stability scalability and efficiency while building and developing a strong engineering team that partners closely with Operations Supply Chain and Quality.
What you will do:
Lead and build a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and succession planning.
Drive a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning.
Provide engineering insights to support strategic business decisions.
Drive standardization through SOPs control plans PFMEAs and documentation best practices.
Use data and monitoring tools (e.g. SPC KPIs) to identify trends and proactively address variation.
Champion Lean tools such as 5S SMED value stream mapping and Kaizen events.
Establish engineering governance systems to ensure audit readiness traceability and documentation control.
Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO FDA).
Drive safety and environmental compliance through risk assessments Zero Harm initiatives and close partnership with EHS.
What you need:
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering including 5 years in a leadership role.
Masters degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
Proven background in sustaining operations Lean manufacturing and equipment/process troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with both legacy and modern manufacturing systems.
Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone) FMEA TPM.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems MES platforms and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI Minitab).
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
