Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

Were looking for a hands-on results-driven Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering to lead and strengthen our core manufacturing processes. In this role youll take ownership of process stability scalability and efficiency while building and developing a strong engineering team that partners closely with Operations Supply Chain and Quality.

What you will do:

  • Lead and build a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and succession planning.

  • Drive a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning.

  • Provide engineering insights to support strategic business decisions.

  • Drive standardization through SOPs control plans PFMEAs and documentation best practices.

  • Use data and monitoring tools (e.g. SPC KPIs) to identify trends and proactively address variation.

  • Champion Lean tools such as 5S SMED value stream mapping and Kaizen events.

  • Establish engineering governance systems to ensure audit readiness traceability and documentation control.

  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO FDA).

  • Drive safety and environmental compliance through risk assessments Zero Harm initiatives and close partnership with EHS.

What you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering including 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Masters degree in Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

  • Proven background in sustaining operations Lean manufacturing and equipment/process troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with both legacy and modern manufacturing systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone) FMEA TPM.

  • Strong familiarity with ERP systems MES platforms and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI Minitab).

  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Travel Percentage: 10%
