Role Description:
The Project Bids and Coordination Specialist serves as a key support resource for the sales and project management teams. This role is responsible for preparing quotations coordinating with suppliers and tracking project progress to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare bids and quotations in response to client requests.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing availability and technical documentation.
Follow up on ongoing projects with the sales team and clients.
Verify the accuracy and compliance of received documents (plans specifications purchase orders).
Keep project files and schedules up to date.
Assist with logistical coordination for the delivery of equipment and materials.
Benefits:
Full-time position based in Anjou (Montreal) on-site.
Annual salary between CAD $50000 and $60000 depending on experience.
