German C1 Customer Support Specialist needed in Sofia Bulgaria!
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Language Requirement: German (C1) and English (B2)
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia Bulgaria. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers providing top-notch support and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
