We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Product Development Manager. This role will report to the Senior Product Manager Products & Enablement New Developments.

A bit about your role

As the Senior Product Development Manager you will be at the forefront of a significant and high-impact initiative for our organisation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a transformative offering one that will influence how we deliver value to our customers and partners for years to come. You will bring your deep expertise in product design and development to lead the creation of innovative customer-centred solutions that are ambitious and meaningful. Youll be well versed in providing expert Product Design & Development input to large and complex initiatives to deliver best in class creative product design solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and guide the design and development of broadband and telco products from concept through to go-to-market. You will champion best practice methodologies foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that our internal stakeholders are engaged inspired and aligned with our shared vision. This role is central to ensuring nbn is seen as effortless to do business with while setting the foundation for long-term success.

A bit about you

You are a thoughtful and strategic leader with experience in product design and development. Ideally you have a background within broadband networking or telco environments and have a sound understanding of fixed-line services or build technology. You are comfortable owning the full product lifecycle and thrive in environments where agile thinking and adaptability are key. Your ability to navigate competing priorities and manage expectations with empathy and clarity will be essential in this role.

The successful candidate will bring superior consulting and influencing skills with the ability to influence and positively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. As an exceptional communicator you will have the natural ability to communicate with impact conveying information clearly and effectively as well as demonstrated capabilities to navigate and build strong relationships with stakeholders to align decision making and to achieve successful business outcomes.
