Job Description
The Oaks Academy is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst who thrives in a community where relationships come first. With over 1000 students and 200 faculty and staff at three locations the IT Team is critical to ensuring that day-to-day learning continues without technological disruption and supports staff in large-scale technology needs.
The IT Help Desk Analyst role serves the following functions and more
- Troubleshooting and problem resolutions for ordinary tickets as needed
- Performs identity and access management for multiple platforms
- Assists with supporting the schools AV needs
This is a full-time salaried position with PTO and benefits (medical dental vision life) available. Annual salary starts at $40000.

- Associates degree or equivalent in Information Technology prior experience supporting customers in use of application software preferred
- Competency in MS Office Suite
- Some travel to local campus locations (less than 5 miles) occasionally required
