Position Summary
As a PMHNP you will provide integrated care conducting psychiatric assessments creating individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will also incorporate innovative therapies and support patients through social prescribing and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care:
  • Conduct evidence-based psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement treatment plans including medication management and psychotherapy
  • Administer TMS and Spravato
Patient Engagement:
  • Build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
  • Educate patients about mental health conditions treatments and lifestyle changes
  • Connect patients with resources through social prescribing
Collaboration:
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
  • Participate in team meetings case reviews and leadership opportunities
Professional Growth:
  • Stay updated on psychiatric advancements and expand your expertise
  • Pursue certifications and leadership opportunities to enhance your career
Qualifications
  • Education: Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
  • License & Certification: Active Colorado NP license PMHNP-BC certification DEA registration
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a psychiatric setting EHR proficiency (Athena experience preferred)
