Viciniti an employee-owned leading corporate housing provider with locations throughout the Midwest offers a great work environment to its 120 employees. We are looking for an outgoing friendly individual who understands great customer service to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. Our office is in Lenexa.
Above all this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Additionally you will be responsible for:
- Investigating and resolving customer problems maintenance requests and work orders and follow through until requests are completed.
- Submitting work orders and service requests.
- Entering data for apartments and customers into Oscar Service Track and Microsoft Outlook software programs and running reports.
- Performing quality assurance inspections at apartments and complete E-inspections when needed not a primary role
Job Requirements:
- Sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative/clerical experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
