Key job responsibilities - Prepare global tax calculations and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation for Amazons worldwide operations - Drive worldwide tax account reconciliations and develop detailed roll forward analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance - Operate and optimize tax technology systems while evaluating emerging solutions to enhance efficiency - Prepare analytics for external auditors and senior finance management teams - Liaise with cross-functional teams and business partners to obtain appropriate information - Proactively identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline the tax accounting processes - Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new technologies and implement automated solutions - Own month-end close processes and deliverables while ensuring timely completion - Assist in special projects focused on tax optimization and process enhancement
- Bachelors degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department - 1 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
