Overview:
A growing tech company is looking for a Solution Sales Engineer to support its regional sales efforts with strong technical input. This role bridges the gap between commercial teams and engineering helping to design and present tailored solutions to clients in various sectors including enterprise maritime and government.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts like presentations proposals and client discussions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable satellite or RF-based solutions
- Conduct product demos workshops and technical walkthroughs
- Support technical aspects of integration onboarding and project planning
- Prepare technical documents for tenders and proposals
- Act as a technical advisor to clients integrators and partners
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Attend industry events field trials and training sessions across the region
Requirements:
- Singaporean citizen or PR preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Telecommunications or related field
- 23 years in pre-sales technical sales or solution engineering
- Experience with satellite comms RF systems or telecom infrastructure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel regionally as needed
- Independent problem-solver with good team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; other Asian languages a bonus
