Job Description:
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within administrative functions implementing changes as needed.
- Comply and work towards meeting the companys HSE objectives and policies
- Establish and enforce safety policies procedures and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential Cleanliness in the workplace.
- To provide overall general and administrative support to facilitate the efficient Office management and operations.
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external employees.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- To handle assets and expenses management. i.e. maintain record of company properties such as Company assets cars telephones and assist in cost control and monitoring.
- Monitor Company Fixed Asset (tagging disposal)
- Involve in asset planning in-service/maintenance support for company fixed assets as well as to support disposal of the physical assets.
- Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers inquiries for any payment related matters
- Ensure and verify all procurement process.
- Monitor company vehicle service and maintenance record.
- Responsible for company vehicle disposal new purchase & transfer Monitor daily office dispatch activities (collect/send document)
- Handle requests feedback and queries quickly and professionally Provide support in organizing company events (staff gathering food arrangement etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & vendors.
- To delegate admin task appropriately
- Maintain filling system.
- Other ad-hoc duty may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Any other related work assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma or Degree certificate holder.
- More than 1 years experience in administration of manufacturing-based company.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese speaker will be additional advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
