We are looking for a reliable and proactive Housekeeping Porter to join our Housekeeping team. Youll play a vital role in ensuring our back-of-house operations run seamlessly helping us deliver magical guest experiences every day. Whether youre looking for part-time full-time or flexible hours we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
What youll be doing:
- Receiving and securing deliveries ensuring all goods are of the correct quality and quantity.
- Moving linen guest supplies and other stock around the hotel to support the housekeeping and wider back-of-house teams.
- Maintaining storerooms cupboards and refuse/recycling areas to a high standard clean tidy organised and secure at all times.
- Assisting Room Attendants and other team members with the delivery of items needed to complete their tasks.
- Supporting with stock takes and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Responding to guest needs and requests with professionalism and care.
- Being flexible and willing to support other departments when needed.
Hours & Flexibility:
- Shifts are mainly during the day between 9:00 AM 5:30 PM.
- We offer contracts from 20 to 40 hours per week up to 5 days including weekends.
- Prefer something more flexible We also have weekend and holiday-only roles perfect for students or those with other commitments.
Who you are:
- Organised dependable and physically capable of manual handling tasks.
- A great communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and happy to support across departments when required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or food & beverage operations is desirable but not essential.
