- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation productivity morale and guest service.
- Interact with guests and personnel of the hotel in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
- Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
- Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
- Conduct on-going training and coach all the employees and ensure to maintain records.
- Conduct briefing for Housekeeping Attendants.
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guides and advises Executive Housekeeper on key performance indicators of employees in the department and ensures measurement of the same
- Ensures adherence to company and hotel policies by all departmental employees
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
