Morreys Contracting is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our team!

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates and models Morreys Contracting core values
  • 2-5 years of project management in construction/carpentry
  • Works well with others
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Hasown tools and transportation
  • Willing to travel

Responsibilities

  • General knowledge of all construction trades
  • Ability to learn new software to do daily activities such as; write daily reports meeting minutes upload pictures
  • Able to visualize project through completion
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
  • Ability to coordinate means and methods to expedite schedule and reduce costs
  • Understanding when something is considered a change to the job
  • Ability to research issues onsite and accurately communicate to project staff
  • Significant strength in ability to prioritize activities and track progress
  • Identification tracking and timely completion of work tasks
