Job Description
International Architectural Design practice committed to design excellence and innovation urgently require a Senior Project Architect able to run a $100M project.
Degree in Architecture essential preferably with registration
Ability to lead projects from design development to completion.
Minimum 10 years local experience leading projects, in the $100m range, with solid experience in construction documentation delivery.
Experience delivering multi residential class 2/3 buildings with experience in seniors living projects a plus.
Revit documentation not required but at least a few years Revit expertise in reviewing and mark-up's etc. necessary.
Experience in managing client relationships required.
This is a permanent role commencing immediately with excellent remuneration based on experience.
