Position Overview:
As a Starbucks Supervisor youll lead daily operations at our on-site Starbucks ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store management. This role combines the dynamic environment of Starbucks with the hospitality standards of Embassy Suites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Leadership: Oversee store operations during assigned shifts ensuring adherence to Starbucks operational standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and support baristas fostering a positive team environment and addressing any performance issues.
- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive prompt service and quality products addressing feedback and resolving complaints.
- Training & Development: Assist in training new partners reinforcing Starbucks values and operational procedures.
- Inventory & Cash Handling: Manage inventory levels place orders as needed and ensure accurate cash handling and register procedures.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation guidelines ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
