PositionOverview:Job Purpose
The strategic data-driven Enterprise Marketing Director will lead the charge in building and executing integrated marketing programs targeting large complex organizations. This role will be responsible for both new customer acquisition and in-life customer marketing; owning the full lifecycle from awareness to expansion. This role will require deep expertise in enterprise marketing ABM and multi-channel campaign orchestration while working closely with Sales Product Marketing and Customer Success to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities and Expectations

- LeadAccount-BasedMarketing(ABM)initiativesusing6senseSalesforceand HubSpot to generate qualified pipeline and influence key accounts.
- Partnercross-functionallywithSalesProductMarketingandCustomerSuccessto drive alignment and joint GTM planning.
- Designandlaunchintegratedcampaignsacrossdigitalcontentemailsocialand field events.
- Ownin-lifecustomermarketingprogramsfocusedoncross-sellupselladoption and renewal.
- BuildcampaignreportinganddashboardstomonitorperformanceROIandaccount engagement across all segments.
- StaycurrentonenterprisebuyingbehaviorscompetitivetrendsandMartech innovations to continuously evolve strategy.
- Managemarketingbudgetswithdisciplineandaccountabilityforspendefficiency.
- Represent the marketing function in revenue leadership forums and planning cycles.

- 7yearsofenterpriseorB2BmarketingexperiencepreferablyinSaaSor technology
- ProvensuccessrunningABMandfull-funneldemandgenerationprograms
- Deepexpertisein6senseHubSpotandSalesforce
- Experiencewithenterprisecustomerlifecyclemarketing(acquisitionthrough retention)
- Demonstratedabilitytoworkcross-functionallyandinfluencewithoutauthority
- Strongdatafluencywithabilitytotranslateinsightsintoaction
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsincludingstakeholderpresentation experience
