What Youll Do:
- Strategic Development: Craft innovative strategies to boost economic performance across the region.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Personnel Management: Recruit retain and train a top-notch team to achieve operational goals.
- Performance Optimization: Implement actionable plans to maximize property performance and elevate occupancy rates.
- Budget Mastery: Manage budgets prepare financial reports and make data-driven adjustments for success.
- Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of market trends by actively participating in industry events.
What Were Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in management business administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of property management leadership experience in the multifamily sector.
- Skills: Strong decision-making communication and interpersonal skills along with technical proficiency in property management software.
- RealPage product experience with strong Onesite knowledge.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel to various locations weekly.
- Lived-In State: Maryland Ohio Pennsylvania Michigan or Indiana
