Job Description
Responsibilities:
- IT cell Procurement
- Procurement of software AMCs and hardware for the IT cell
- Attendance management of the contract labour software
- Facial recognition software biometrics
- Digital procurement
- Interactions with CDIO (chief digital and information officer)
- Whole IT team reports to CDIO (Digital Cell)
- Any digitalization Devices in plants and mines
- Acts as the interface between CPC and IT Cell
- Handle Tools like Vendex Pylog and SAP
- Materials master data integration Due Diligence
Major Cleaning of data duplications of mergers and acquisitions
- Central Point of contactfor all the Audit handling
- MIS Consolidation for theEntire COE/E&I Function
- Miscellaneous procurementfor safety cell and mining cell
- Contract labour training apps procurement
- Fuel dispensing digital tool to track fuel consumption
