Job Description
What Youll Do:
As the Food Beverage Supervisor you will be primarily responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant including working as a server and/or bartender when needed.
Here are just a few of the tasks youll be completing regularly:
Coordinate with restaurant staff ensuring the restaurant is ready to open on time for breakfast and/or dinner service.
- Check room set-up to see that tables are properly set and supplies readily available. Ensure buffet is set properly and food is kept hot/cold as required.
- Operate as a restaurant server and/or bartender when needed; setting up greeting and serving the guest and breaking down at closing.
- Inspect restaurant at the end of the meal service to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean.
- Assist with Banquet functions as needed including set-up and/or service.
Where Youve Been:
Were looking for someone with at least a high school diploma and at least two years working in F & B and with at least one year supervisory experience. Most importantly youre someone who can remain calm under pressure all while communicating and coordinating associates in a positive and professional manner.

This probably goes without saying but youll be on your feet most of your shift. There will be occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds walking bending/twisting climbing stairs and working on slippery floors. You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
