Job Title:Product Manager
Job Location:Atlanta GA
Responsible for the overall product portfolio and activities related to Payas Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software integrations. Work with department leads and key stakeholders to identify strategy and supporting use cases relevant KPIs and business requirements for successful product development and prioritization. Articulate Payas payment integration functionality and technology infrastructure and remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. Uncover business requirements and create and effectively demonstrate Payas payment integration that addresses customer requirements. Act as subject matter expert on Payas ERP solutions and proactively share knowledge for specific technical solutions and business processes in their area of responsibility. Present Payas payment integration value and solutions to potential customers via phone and in person. Provide support at partner events/shows. Own the demo process and assets for each integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across the organization to ensure training plans meet organizational objectives and provide comprehensive high-quality training. Collaborate with sales marketing operations and engineering on product development during the discovery phase to assess cross-partner value scope of effort usability and priority of product features. Manage the development of training materials for new product features support business users and translate feedback and needs into better product experience. Provide Level 2 support for all internal and external product related inquiries and support escalations.
100% telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US. 10% domestic travel per year (up to 26 days) required. Company covers all costs.
Requirements
Other Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Applied Computer Science or Software Engineering plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer QA Engineer or substantially similar position.
Required experience must include all of the following: 5 years of experience in Agile product development and delivery; 3 years of experience using SQL; 3 years of experience in product management; and 3 years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing test requirements.
Salary: $135621.92 - $197500.00 per year
