Job Description
SUMMARY
Installs inspects repairs and maintains food service refrigeration and support equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) years experience in food service cooking and/or low temperature refrigeration equipment repair and maintenance to include electrical gas and plumbing installation and repair procedures
AND
Completion of a recognized trade training program in a related field or equivalent
Knowledge of applicable County State Federal electrical safety plumbing and mechanical codes required.
40CFR Part 82 Subpart F Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification Type I or Type II
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Any equivalent combination of experience training or education.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Universal CFR certification
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check (at employees expense) or submission of valid Fingerprint card.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization
Post-offer/pre-employment physical examination and75 lb lift test
AZ Department of Transportation (ADOT) medical certificate
Valid Arizona Drivers license
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described underGoverning Board Policy: EEB-R-1Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees
