Job Description
Description of the Role:
As a Social Services Director at Regency Care of Silver Spring you will be responsible for overseeing social service programs and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You will work closely with families medical staff and other professionals to provide comprehensive care and support services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs
- Assess the needs of residents and create care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and family members
- Advocate for residents and provide emotional support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience in social services or healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
