In Cracow we hire around 750 Employees.

For our financial department we are currently looking for Cash Collection Assistant with Italian.

What we offer:

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • You will work with our clients both internal and external via phone and email

  • You will monitor correspondence both internal and external

  • You will participate in solving disputes

  • You will follow up on disputes

  • You will also help to prepare reports and analysis

  • You will support our collection processes in AR area

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • English - at least B2 level

  • Spanish - at least B2 level

  • Communicative and open person who can work in an international environment
