Active Equity Infrastructure Equity Associate Director
This is a great job for someone who has infrastructure and energy M&A experience which will likely have been gained at a leading investment banking boutique advisor or possibly another equity investor with demonstrable live deal experience.
A bit about the job:
As Associate Director youll be at the forefront of shaping and executing bespoke equity investments in sustainable infrastructure and climate transition across Europe. Youll drive the teams growth agenda leading from the front with sharp execution strategic insight and hands-on mentorship. Your day-to-day Owning the deal process: from screening and due diligence to financial modelling valuation and crafting compelling investment cases. Youll steer workflows engage stakeholders and ensure delivery thats both timely and aligned with investment goals.
Youll also partner with Directors on origination and market engagement contribute to sector research and build a strong network of partners and targets. Post-investment youll collaborate with asset managers and boards to monitor performance and unlock value. Above all youll be a role model fostering a high-performing collaborative culture and guiding junior team members to grow and thrive.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Commercially savvy with advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; thrives on solving complex problems with precision.
Proven execution across the full investment lifecycleresearch analysis structuring negotiation and due diligence (commercial financial legal technical).
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to absorb and interpret complex data during due diligence.
Fluency in a second European language is a plus.
Strong planner with the ability to juggle multiple priorities adapt quickly and stay focused on what matters most.

In this role youll be Certified under the Financial Conduct Authority / Prudential Regulation Authoritys Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). This means that well need to complete some regulatory background checks on you before you take up your role and well need to ask you some questions on an annual basis to make sure you remain fit and proper and competent to carry out your role. Well provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
