Were looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and help us grow and strengthen our client relationships across Europe.

As an Account Manager youll be a key player in that culture. Youll work across borders build strong relationships and help our clients and our agency will get to work with and learn from subject matter experts across creative campaign contentPRand web teams while working on impactful international projects.
The role.
As an Account Manager youll lead on multiple client accountsacting as the link between their strategic goals and our delivery. Youll be responsible for ensuring that projects are aligned with client objectives executed to a high standard and delivered on time and on budget. This is a role that requires a sharp focus on both strategy and detail. Youll be briefing delivery teams managing internal communication and keeping a close eye on deadlines costs and KPIs.
Youll also act as a trusted advisor to your clients helping them navigate changing market landscapes identify new opportunities and grow their presence. From day-to-day campaign management to long-term planning and relationship development youll be a consistent confident presence for your clients and colleagues alike.
What youll bring.
Youll have a strong foundation in client services with experience managing B2B marketing projects and building successful client you may be from an in-house marketingbackground used tosupportinginternal stakeholders and managing multiple organised proactive and commercially aware and comfortable working across teams to ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards.
Youll be a natural communicator able to brief clearly listen actively and challenge constructively when needed. Youre confident under pressure solutions-focused and not afraid to push for better. Experience in energy maritime or industrial sectors will help but more important is your ability to get close to a clients business and make an impact.
Youll also bring an understanding of budgets resource management and performance reportingand a mindset that balances client satisfaction with healthy project margins.

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week from our Aberdeen Office. This is a hybrid role offering a blend of home and office working.
